I need help to find a rug that is durable, affordable and attractive.?

I am a student in Interior Design do design work for free for a local nonprofit historic gardens. They have a very low budget and I am trying to find a classic / traditional floral Carpet botany. Everything I find is either a material of poor quality or too expensive. I feel like the stores I tried furniture … online, antique shops, flea markets, etc. I also want to find something that is environmentally friendly, but I do will not hold my breath. I ask this as a last resort because I have searched tirelessly for weeks and have found that poor quality or high-quality and expensive. Thank you!
